Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Events/Onsite Expansion, AHS Marketing

The AHS Owned and Operated Marketing Team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed and tenured marketer, to own end to end planning, strategy and execution of AHS Events and Onsite Expansion for all Health Programs and Services businesses (i.e. Amazon One Medical, One Medical Pay Per Visit, Amazon Pharmacy, Health Conditions Programs and future business verticals). In this role you will be the strategic marketing leader to drive an S-TEAM goal. Your key marketing area will be to develop and lead AHS Marketing Events and high value placements/partnerships across Amazon Organizations (Retail, XCM, Devices, AWS, Prime Video, Prime, Amazon Studios, Music etc). via cross-channel O&O marketing placements/channels (i.e. remanent ads, COOP, Prime and Retail placements, and owning scaling onsite marketing by new channels development). You will help develop the vision, near and long term goals and product roadmaps. Also be in charge of executing and seeing timely delivery of critical initiatives to hit OP goals with ease. This includes (but is not limited too) identifying the foundational product and marketing requirements to grow acquisition, identifying who is your customers for the different product/services offered, developing customer funnel journeys and metrics (first purchase, sign up to completed 1st purchase journey, working with customer insights leader to develop deeper value from marketing actions etc), experimenting to build efficient customer messaging and creative direction, working closely with brand and XCM to develop value proposition, owning channel strategies (events, homepage, retail, ads, prime, prime video, xcm etc), building and reporting forecast, and then lead execution with various channel leads. You will hold a high bar for measurement of marketing activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts.
The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in building and growing customer acquisition, has experience working on Amazon Onsite Marketing (homepage, events and ads marketing is highly preferred), and is well versed on developing and measuring downstream impact for both new and tenured businesses. In addition, you work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, influence partner teams to align on near and long term strategy and have experience working with BI/DE and Tech teams to develop efficient strategies. You are expected to be an experienced Amazon doc writer and x'BR presenter.
This is a highly visible position where you will be working on complex projects, with opportunity for growth. You will be engaging with Directors/VPs on a weekly and bi-weekly basis, and advising Sr. Managers across AHS as your day to day.

2. Develop and Own AHS Onsite, Events, Remnant Ads and New Channel Expansion for all AHS Business Lines
3. Build foundational marketing tech and product requirements necessary to deliver from 0 to 1 in year 1 and build further to scale from 1 to 100 (Write and Present PR-FAQs for VP/SVPs)
4. Build and own content marketing plans/calendar for all AHS business lines and oversee execution
5. Develop a customer backward, experimentation and insights driven approach that grows new channel development
6. Work closely with BI/DE to build an fine-tune reporting/attribution model for such channels and first time initiatives
7. Build mechanisms that helps O&O team stay organized managing multiple requests and priorities from senior leaders and stakeholders
8. Develop and grow team to learn from an experimentation mind-set and educates leadership about tradeoffs/big bet areas
9. Work closely with Creative and Design partners to develop and deliver the engagement charter
10. Represent AHS Performance Marketing in key business reviews including operating planning reviews and quarterly and monthly business reviews
11. Develop, report, and continually improve email channel performance metrics
12. Coach/Develop the current team of external hires

A day in the life
You will build and develop the email marketing for AHS. This will include working closely with marketers, product, design, tech and BI teams across AHS to grow adoption and engagement for OneMedical, Amazon Clinic, and Amazon Pharmacy. This includes developing learnings that helps understand customer behavior and what most engages our customers and reflect this in your marketing strategy and tactics. You will engage with senior leadership to share your ideas and how we can build the next generation of marketing for AHS. You will develop a robust experimentation plan and create mechanisms to learn and grow quickly.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
