"My time at One Medical has been filled with creating great relationships with both patients and colleagues. As my first job coming out of a very supportive residency program, I'm thrilled to have found a practice that prioritizes the well-being of providers while also providing excellent clinical care in the ever-changing landscape of primary care."

Lewis Pleasants, MD

"One Medical's team-based environment makes it easier to maintain my boundaries. If I need to get back to a patient in the evening, I don't have to call them at 7 pm. Instead, I can forward that task to a virtual medical team member who is available 24/7. That around-the-clock team support allows me to set limits, ensuring that I care for myself so I can more effectively care for others."

Alani Gregory, MD
