About the role

One Medical is looking for a strategic and ambitious Associate Manager, Regional Field Marketer to join our team, reporting to our Sr. Manager, Regional and Brand Marketing lead of the South . The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer with a strong attention to detail and a passion for One Medical's mission to transform healthcare for all.

Our business is growing quickly thanks to strategic partnerships with top-notch healthcare systems in markets across the country. You will be responsible for helping us continue to grow by developing and executing hyper-local marketing initiatives for new and existing offices (including new market launches), driving membership on a local level.

What you'll likely work on:

  • Lead the hyper-local marketing strategy and execution - and be the face of marketing at the local level, ensuring consistency of brand identity
  • Be the ear to the ground and filter where and when we should be showing up
    • Community mapping outreach and effectively build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization
  • Bridge the gap from our national brand strategy to local needs in the market.
  • Implement region-specific marketing plan in conjunction with the centralized regionally focused brand team to garner awareness and generate membership for One Medical
  • Be voice of the audiences your region (commercial, seniors, etc) and build campaigns to support them individually and collectively
  • Use the regional toolkit to host both offline and online events in your area
  • Launch, grow and direct all marketing efforts around increasing member acquisition
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics and Identify potential member needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Managing regional/field marketing budget to support member growth. You'll lead the vision and execution of regional events, programs and campaigns.
  • Proactively source free media opportunities from retail partners to drive foot traffic and awareness
  • Facilitator of partner marketing engagement with our HSP and/or other audiences we serve in that region
  • Prepare, present, and track your marketing campaigns. Maintain data integrity with HQ marketing analytics & regional marketing leads
  • Ad-hoc event support for office events / activations
    • Sourcing supplies, swag fulfillment, localized collateral consult
  • Coordinating swag / invite templates for events (ex. Gerry and the farmer's market - however, SBC/RMT should address this)
  • Project manage, capture next steps and provide momentum to keep campaigns moving


  • What you'll need:

    • 2+ years of experience on a field marketing team with events/sponsorships
    • Strong project management skills within a well-organized and collaborative company with experience working across cross-functional teams (legal, creative, marketing, etc) while coordinating internal resources and external vendors,
    • Experience working with campaign budgets, timelines, and event marketing teams
    • Must live in the Columbus market and be able to travel within the local community and regional area (eventually) at least 20% to support regional events
    • Effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels
    • Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
    • Positive, collaborative attitude while juggling multiple projects
    • Excellent communication skills, some marketing experience, working knowledge of Google Docs Editors suite (sheets, excel, powerpoint, etc)

    This is a full-time role based in
    Houston, TX

    One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $60,800 - $106,000 . However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location. The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
